Task “Time Window” Scheduling

New Boundary Support
Deploying Tasks to Computers

Administrators can now schedule a specific time of day window for a task to be installed.

Computers will receive assignments at any time of day as with previous versions, but will only execute the task when it is within that specified time of day window.

Setting for this can be found on the second page of the Schedule Task Dialog box.

To enable: Select "Schedule processing to start at a specified time" and set a time window then select "Only between specific times"

The option "Randomize start time within window" allows for a more staggered deployment.

You can also allow it to install on a schedule during that time window by using the "Repeat Deployment" option.
