Q10864 - INFO: Client Icon is Missing from the System Tray - Prism Version 9

The information in this article applies to: Prism Suite 9 and Policy Commander 2.x

Behavior: The client icon is missing from the system tray after upgrading the client to version 9.

Solution: Install the "UnhideClientIcon.pwc" package from Article Attachments section below. The changes require a reboot before the client is visible again. Here's a screenshot of the setting:
