Moving\Renaming the Prism DB Rate Topic Display Mode Topic Options Author Message ebrusky Posted 4/6/2009 4:03:33 PM Forum Newbie Group: Forum Members Last Login: 4/7/2010 1:34:53 PM Posts: 8, Visits: 32 I've been asked to move our existing Prism DB to another drive on the same SQL 2005 server. Is there anything I will need to change within Prism so that it still functions properly? I'd also like to change the name of the DB to something different, what alterations do I need to do to make this work? As always, Thanks for your help. Remove the Prism Server role via the Change functionality in Add and Remove Programs control panel 2. Backup Prism database 3. Delete Prism database 4. Restore Prism database to different drive and as a different name 5. Readd the Prism Server role via the Change functionality in Add and Remove Programs control panel 6. Right-click on the New Boundary Channel Manager, choose Connect Channel..., and select your channel 7.
