Is there a way to stop Patch Manager 6.4 from downloading patches for OS's that you don't have? As an example; We don't yet have windows Vista, no 64 bit os's, nor NT,98 or ME; yet if there is a package with a patch that is specifically for one of those OS's it still gets downloaded. I'd like to prevent this to save on bandwidth and get the updates I need faster.

At this time, if you "cache" a Vulnerability there is not a way to limit it to specific OSes.  If you know you want to patch a particular vulnerability but only want to download specific OS payloads, you will have to download those from the "Packages" side of things.  If you download the Packages for a specific Vulnerability though, don't "cache" again from the Vulnerabilities side.
