New install of Patch Manager on a new system. It has Prism Deploy/Prism Commander also on the system, but they are using of remote database server.

When I brows to several of the tabs (e.g. Vulnerabilities and Devices", I get a parser error. Opened the Web.config and turned off Custom Error Messages and reloaded the page...

Open IIS Manager and view the properties of the New Boundary Prism Patch Manager Server web site. Go to the ASP.NET tab, set the ASP.NET version to 1.1, and click OK. That should get all your pages loaded correctly.
