The Package Editor goes through the motions, but at the end I get an error that says "Error: M4087: Found variable 'Local Application Data': not supported by current version of MSI generator. Error: Conversion complete: errors found during translation." I'm using Prism Deploy 8. Has anyone ever seen this before? Prism's MSI conversion utility does not support many of the new "special folders" that were added to version 8 packages. We recommend that you use the Prism-created PWC to deploy the application. Alternately, if you're using the Prism Deployment Channel, you can deploy the native MSI command as a Command Task.
