I've been getting errors on a number of packages I'm trying to push out. The log shows the following:

Current Status: An Error Occurred

Result Desc: Service not installed/started

Result Code: 4000

At first I thought it might be that I created some of the packages with PictureTaker 8, but I'm still using the version 7 client and channels, but then I noticed that some of the new packages did work. What should I be looking for to troubleshoot this?

The error indicates a problem with the prismxl service. Make sure the Prism client (ptclient.exe) is installed and the prismxl service is installed and started.
