Hi,

I've noticed that at times with version 7.x and 8 that pressing F5 to refresh the polling time for a specific workstation doesn't work. If i click on another PC the last system I had up stays in the Members tab, and won't refresh unless I close the console and re-open it.

This is a bit frustrating since I frequently use the Polling time to see when a package I'm testing will be pushed to my test systems. Any idea on how to resolve this?

Have you tried switching to a different tab and then back to the managed tab? That should refresh the Last Poll time. Other customers have reported that they have better Console performance if they don't leave it open for long periods of time. Another thing that affects refresh behavior is the amount of activity that is going on in the Channel. The more computers you have and the shorter their polling interval is, the busier the Console is.

We will enter your comments about the Console's refresh performance in our issue tracking database so that improvements can be considered for a maintenance release.
