The machines that are running the packages should have the prismxl service installed. The service takes care of elevating the privileges when necessary so that the logged in user does not have to have administrator rights. The prismxl service runs and the Local System account.

Is the prismxl service installed/started running as Local System?

Is it possible that you have locked the Local System out of some areas of the file system or the registry?

It would be helpful to know the exact errors you're getting. Please send a copy of pictaker.log from one or two of the machines where packages are failing to support@newboundary.com. Pictaker.log is in the Windows or Winnt folder on the managed machine.
