hi, I am using patch manager 6.3, and a I want to use it without agent, so I select the machines I want to query from my Network list, but I always get the same error: "OS Not supported", all the machines are Windows XP SP2, I already deactivated all firewall, and all security programs, does anyone knows how to solve this? Thank you

Prism Patch Manager reads the language properties of "%SYSTEMROOT%\System32\NTDLL.DLL" to determine the OS Language. If it cannot do so "OS Not Supported" will result.

This message is typically seen when:

* The ADMIN$ administrative share does not exist (Server service not running) or ...
* The Administrator account used to query the system does not have rights to the ADMIN$ file system
