Open up the database of the channel you want to connect to</P><P>2. Open up the table "ChannelSettings"</P><P>3. Look for the Column "IsDisconnected" and set its value to 1</P><P>4. Save the changes within SQL</P><P>5. On your Prism Server, right click the channel manager icon in the system tray and select "Stop Channel Manager"</P><P>6. Right click the icon again and select "Connect Channel"</P><P>7.
