Move Config groups to another channel?

I have just completed a bunch of configuration groups on 1 of my channels. I would love to "move" them over to the second channel. Can this be done via the registry or SQL?

I'm using the latest and greatest versions of Prism, and a SQL server.

Has anybody ever attempted this or know how to go about it?

I ended up saving them as rulesets, individually, then adding them in to the new channel individually.
