I appear to be having trouble with querying several computers at one time the response time has increased from a few minutes to not showing results even a half hour later. Also the patch validation does not function at all. Is there any way to reset the application and clear previous queries and validation request?

Hi Constance,

To clear any processes that may be running or slowing down PPM queries, you would want to close PPM, Stop the UEAgent Service, Start the UEAgent Service, then re-open the console.  That will assure a clean start.

For validation, are you trying to validate patches you have installed recently?  Which type of validation are you using?  (File-->Agent-->Settings-->Validation Tab).  Keep in my, the more validation criteria you choose, the more time consuming the process will me.  You should be receiving a warning message when you validate.

If you any more questions, please give us a call.

Thank You!
